Location: London (2-3 days/week in office)
Experience: Previous customer success / account management experience (1–3 years)
Salary: £34,000-£36,000 per annum
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract
A fast-growing education technology company is seeking a talented and people-focused Account Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in customer success or account management, who wants to make a real impact in the world of education.

What you'll do:
You’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey, from onboarding and training to building deep relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts

Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients

Identify and develop commercial opportunities to drive retention and growth

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers

Monitor client engagement through internal dashboards and provide data-driven insights

Respond to customer queries, feedback, or escalations with clarity and care

Share valuable feedback internally to help improve products and processes

Travel occasionally (1–2 times a month) for in-person client meetings
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone personable, proactive, and professional, who’s comfortable working with senior stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

1–3 years’ experience in account management or customer success

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidence and maturity in managing senior client relationships

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive data responsibly

A natural problem-solver with initiative and commercial awareness

Comfort working with data dashboards and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, GSheets)

Enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for education
