Job Description

Our client is a growing international consultancy with headquarters in London, working with organisations around the world to support sustainability and environmental goals. With a collaborative, trust-based culture and a team of around 20 employees, this is an exciting time to join as the business continues to grow.

This is a varied Accounts & Administration Coordinator position that has evolved into a key role within the business. You'll take ownership of a range of administrative and accounts-related processes, becoming a go-to person for colleagues across the organisation and playing an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Salary: £30,000 + annual bonus after one year of service
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration activities
  • Support accounts and finance administration processes
  • Manage and maintain business documentation and records
  • Coordinate recurring annual planning and administrative processes
  • Provide project and operational support across the business
  • Manage SharePoint documentation and filing systems
  • Prepare and edit documents using Adobe Acrobat
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal administrative requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Who you are:

  • You have previous experience working within a professional office environment
  • You are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • You can work autonomously and manage your workload effectively
  • You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • You learn quickly and adapt well to new systems and processes
  • You enjoy a role that combines routine responsibilities with day-to-day variety
  • You have strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SharePoint is desirable
  • Exposure to Adobe Acrobat would be advantageous
