Job Description
Role: Administrative Support to Engineer
Ideal candidate: Engineering student
Location: West London (South Kensington) – Private Residence
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10:30am–2:30pm (4 hours per day)
Contract: Temporary (1–3 months, with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a highly organised Engineering student to support the CEO of an Engineering and Manufacturing company at his private residence.
This part-time position will run for 1–3 months initially, with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted support to the CEO, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work calmly and independently whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing correspondence and drafting emails on behalf of the CEO
- Carry out dictation and prepare documentation
- Filing and data entry
- Handle ad-hoc personal duties as required, such as insurance administration
- Finance administration, including expense and invoice processing
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Ideal candidate will be an Engineering student but not essential
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with excellent typing, written, and verbal communication skills
- Calm, composed, and able to work independently
- Fully proficient across all Microsoft Office platforms
- Committed, reliable, and extremely discreet
