Allrounder Nanny, House Assistant – Erlenbach Zurich, 100%

A warm and professional household is looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and proactive Allrounder to join their family and help create a calm, well-run, and beautifully maintained home.

This is a key role supporting a Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) who values discretion, reliability, and a service-minded approach. You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, loves keeping things organized, and enjoys preparing fresh, healthy meals. We are looking for a positive and happy individual who loves being around children and helping around the house.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing ease, comfort, and order to a private household.

Nannying

• Supporting the family with the children (1 toddler and 1 baby)
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment
• Supervising children

House Keeping

• Keeping the home clean, tidy, and well-organized to a high standard
• Performing light household duties related to the children
• Creating a welcoming and peaceful environment

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• General laundry of the children’s clothes

Meal Preparation

• Help in preparing simple, healthy children’s meals and snacks using fresh, nutritious good quality ingredients

Household Organization

• Proactively spotting what’s needed and taking initiative

Support & Discretion

• Occasionally assisting with errands (Car is provided onsite)
• Always maintaining the highest levels of discretion, privacy, and professionalism

Who You Are:

• Experienced in working in private homes (experience with UHNW households is a plus)
• Fluent in English, German and Portuguese (Level B1 or above)
• Discreet, respectful, and trustworthy
• Self-motivated and proactive — you notice and take care of things before being asked
• Positive, kind, and service-oriented — you enjoy helping others and making a difference
