Tiger is working with a prestigious law firm with more than 100 years of combined experience. They partner with clients who are grappling with challenging family legal issues. Whether dealing with a divorce or a custody dispute, our caring attorneys understand the legal and emotional dimensions of each case, with an emphasis on sensitive issues surrounding divorce. They are looking for a matrimony attorney to join their firm. This is an in-office position in Queens, New York . There will be the opportunity for advancement!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Independently manage divorce cases.
• Oversee a full caseload of complex divorce, custody, and financial disputes from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
• Lead litigation and negotiation processes.
• Appear in court, argue motions, conduct depositions, and leverage advanced negotiation tactics to secure optimal outcomes.
• Expert in client advocacy and relationship building.
• Serve as the primary legal strategist for your clients, maintaining open communication and setting realistic expectations throughout the divorce process.
• Contribute to the firm’s continued expansion by enhancing our reputation in the family law community, and by helping build client and referral networks.

WHO YOU ARE

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active New York State Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of hands-on family law/divorce litigation experience in New York.
• Demonstrated courtroom proficiency, including trials or high-level motion practice.
• Excellent client-management skills, with the ability to handle emotionally charged situations effectively.
