We are seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Design Manager to lead a premium, high-performing creative design team delivering world class visual communications for corporate and executive audiences.

This is a senior leadership role combining creative direction, hands-on design expertise, team leadership and senior stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will set the creative and quality standard across all output, ensuring consistently exceptional work across multiple shifts and demanding deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, setting creative direction and maintaining exceptional design standards.
• Provide final creative review and sign-off across all deliverables.
• Develop high-impact executive presentations, infographics, publications, maps, illustrations and corporate communications.
• Translate complex information into clear, compelling and visually engaging content.
• Develop and maintain creative systems, templates, iconography and visual assets for organisational use.
• Manage workflow and allocate projects across a rotating shift structure, ensuring appropriate senior coverage at all times.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Personally execute the team's most complex, sensitive or high-profile projects.
• Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards across both digital and print formats.
• Support motion graphics, animation and multimedia projects where required.
• Ensure quality and consistency across Arabic and English deliverables, including Arabic typography, right-to-left typesetting and bilingual layouts.

About You

• Extensive experience in graphic design and creative leadership, ideally within a premium corporate, agency or executive-facing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional capability across presentations, infographics, publications, illustration and visual communications.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring creative design teams.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and other professional design tools.
• Comfortable working under pressure and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation or video production would be an advantage.
