Tiger Yacht Crew is seeking a skilled and motivated Bosun to lead the deck team aboard a stunning 65m Italian-built Motor Yacht based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will possess strong seamanship, maintenance expertise, and leadership abilities, ensuring the yacht’s exterior is maintained to the highest standard and all operations run safely and efficiently. 

The Bosun will lead the deck team, ensuring the yacht’s exterior is maintained to the highest standard and that all deck operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise deck crew and oversee all exterior maintenance

• Manage washdowns, detailing, varnishing, and tender/toy operations

• Support bridge team during navigation and docking

• Ensure all safety and deck equipment are properly maintained and logged

• Train junior deckhands and uphold professional standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Bosun or strong Lead Deckhand on similar yachts

• Competent in tender driving and water sports management

• Strong leadership and maintenance knowledge

• STCW, ENG1, Powerboat Level 2 (or equivalent)

• Positive attitude and team player

• Yachtmasters highly beneficial 

Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
Salary: €5,000/month
