Job Description

My client is now rapidly expanding across the Middle East. Therefore, we are seeking a talented Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the way in building their presence in Dubai and across the GCC — shaping their identity, growing visibility, and positioning the company as one of the most trusted and dynamic names in real estate. You will build and scale the brand across the Middle East — strengthening market presence, elevating perception, and driving meaningful engagement with customers, brokers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional brand and marketing strategy for the UAE and GCC.
  • Define and manage brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, outdoor, influencer, and partnership channels.
  • Create high-quality marketing and sales materials — presentations, brochures, videos, landing pages, and branded merchandise.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, PR, media, production) and key industry partners.
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decisions and strong ROI.
  • Support and enhance the Dubai sales office through:
    • Brand activations and visibility initiatives
    • Customer and broker engagement programs
    • Event planning and execution (launches, roadshows, client events)
    • Office branding and marketing content

Candidate Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing or brand management in real estate development.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai and GCC real estate market.
  • Proven success in building or launching a brand in a new market.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Experience supporting sales teams is a strong advantage.
    • Experience collaborating with real estate broker networks and media in Dubai.
    • Established connections with PR and event agencies across the UAE.
    • A strong creative eye and experience in content production.
    • Understanding the customer journey in the off-plan real estate sector.
    • Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English. Russian fluency is also highly advantageous.
