Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Weekend Breakfast Chef for a prestigious 6-bedroom boutique hotel located in Marylebone. The property is operated to an exceptionally high standard and is occasionally reserved for exclusive private use by UHNW families, requiring complete discretion, adaptability, and consistently refined execution.
This is a weekend position, working Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am for approximately 3–4 hours per shift. Guest numbers will vary, with service required for as few as two guests or up to twelve guests at once.
The successful candidate will prepare and present a high-quality breakfast offering, ensuring seamless service each morning. This will include fresh fruit platters, granola, yoghurts, overnight oats and porridge, artisan toast with accompaniments, full English breakfasts cooked to order, avocado toast variations, breakfast pastries, packaged items where required, and egg dishes including soft-boiled eggs served as egg soldiers.
Candidates with prior experience in high-end hotels, luxury hospitality environments, or private households where exacting standards are the norm. The chosen candidate will be confident working independently within a short and focused service window, able to adapt effortlessly between intimate and larger guest numbers, and comfortable operating within a discreet, private setting often catering to a single family.
