Business Development & Account Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London

Working Pattern: 9am – 6pm, with flexibility

Salary: Up to £40k (DOE) plus 10% commission

Start date: August 2026

 

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded professional to support a growing property management team by driving new business and managing client relationships. This person will take ownership of building the pipeline, following up on prospective clients, and acting as a key point of contact for both new and existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone confident managing the full client lifecycle, comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, and motivated by working autonomously to achieve strong results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying new opportunities, nurturing inbound leads, and building a healthy pipeline across the property investment and management portfolio.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service standards, and acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Preparing proposals, pitch materials, and leading conversations with prospective clients.
  • Working with property, operations, and finance teams to ensure clients receive accurate and timely updates on assets and performance.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and investment patterns to support sales strategy and identify new opportunities.

About You

You are a motivated sales and client-focused professional who enjoys owning your pipeline and building strong relationships.

  • Proven experience driving new business and converting opportunities within property or a related commercial sector.
  • Confidence managing client accounts end-to-end and responding effectively to client needs, with strong relationship building skills at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create and deliver proposals, pitch materials, and client.
  • Highly proactive and organised, able to manage time, priorities, and targets independently in a remote environment.
  • A collaborative team player with an upbeat, ambitious approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing business.
