About the role:

On behalf of a well-established private office with a diverse portfolio of business interests, we are seeking a Business Development Associate to support their expansion into the luxury development and construction market in the UAE.

This role will focus on identifying and cultivating relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants operating in the high-end real estate space, positioning the client’s offerings as a trusted partner for premium projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the luxury construction and real estate development sector.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.

• Represent the private office in a professional and consultative manner.

• Attend client meetings, industry events, and site visits to develop business and stay informed on project pipelines.

• Support proposal preparation, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Track and report on market activity, competitor insights, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

• Strong understanding of the UAE market and luxury development landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Well-presented and confident dealing with senior industry stakeholders.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing opportunities.
