Business Development Executive / Sales Executive 

Audit, Tax & Consulting Services

Location: Downtown Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month + attractive commission structure
Working Pattern: 5.5 days per week – Friday half day, Saturday off
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Candidates must have previous business development or sales experience gained within an Audit, Accounting, Tax, Consulting, Corporate Services, Professional Services, or Financial Services environment. Applicants without relevant professional services sales experience will not be considered.

About the Company

We have partnered with a well-established professional services firm based in Downtown Dubai that specialises in Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory, and Business Consulting services. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, build strategic relationships, and expand the firm's presence across the UAE market.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting the firm's professional services, including Audit, Accounting, Tax Advisory, VAT, Corporate Tax, CFO Services, and Business Consulting.

This role requires a proactive and commercially driven individual who is confident building relationships with business owners, CFOs, Finance Directors, Managing Directors, and key decision-makers across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services
• Explore and develop business opportunities within government entities, semi-government organisations, public sector institutions, and regulatory bodies across the UAE
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and business events
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and engagement letters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
• Represent the firm at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the UAE business community
• Work closely with Partners and senior leadership to support the firm's growth objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of sales/business development experience within one or more of the following sectors:

  • Audit Firms
  • Accounting Firms
  • Tax Advisory Firms
  • Business Consulting Firms
  • Corporate Services Providers
  • Financial Services Industry
    • Strong understanding of audit, accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and consulting services is preferred
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
    • UAE driving licence preferred
    • Existing UAE business network would be highly advantageous
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive new business opportunities
    • Professional, polished, and confident dealing with senior decision-makers

Compensation

• AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month depending on experience
