About the Role:
Our client is an international manufacturing and delivery partner specialising in FF&E, joinery, and interior fit-out for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
With a large-scale manufacturing facility and over 20 years’ international delivery experience, the business is expanding across the Middle East & Africa. This role combines proactive business development with structured pipeline management and practical marketing support to strengthen brand presence and improve conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and grow a targeted pipeline across five-star hospitality and high-end residential sectors.

Engage developers, designers, procurement teams, and main/fit-out contractors.

Qualify and manage opportunities through to proposal stage with clear next steps.

Coordinate proposal submissions (commercial inputs provided by manufacturing team).

Maintain a disciplined Excel pipeline tracker and provide weekly reporting.

Refresh sales collateral, case studies, and support website and LinkedIn improvements to enhance brand credibility.
Requirements:

3 - 5 years Business Development or Sales experience within construction, fit-out, interiors, FF&E, or hospitality.

Strong client-facing communication and confident outreach skills.

Highly organised with solid Excel reporting and documentation discipline.

Experience with complex project scopes or regional tender processes (UAE/KSA) is advantageous.
