Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the MENAT region for a leading global manufacturer of water management and building solutions. The position focuses on direct contractor engagement at project level, leading commercial negotiations, strengthening brand presence, and working closely with distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial negotiations with contractors, ensuring alignment with revenue and margin targets.

Develop and manage contractor relationships, identifying and securing new project opportunities.

Proactively follow up on distributor quotations to maintain strong brand-level engagement.

Drive demand generation and expand geographic market presence.

Segment the contractor market and execute targeted business development strategies.

Manage and update the sales pipeline within CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Review and prioritise enquiries based on commercial viability.

Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Provide commercial support to the wider sales team when required.
Requirements

3–5 years of local UAE experience in business development or technical sales.

Strong background in building solutions, construction materials, or water management systems.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.

Established network within contractors, consultants, or project stakeholders in the region.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Experience managing project pipelines and CRM systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel across the MENAT region.
