Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand their Infrastructure and Network Security practice across the UAE.

This role focuses on winning new business, growing strategic accounts, and delivering solution-led sales across advanced network security technologies.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored network security solutions to enterprise and government clients.

This position suits a commercially minded professional with a strong hunting mindset and a consultative approach to sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business across Infrastructure & Network Security solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise and government stakeholders
  • Understand client environments and position solutions aligned to their security and infrastructure needs
  • Drive solution-led sales across:
    • SD-WAN & WAN Optimization
    • SASE
    • Load Balancing
    • AD Security, SSL Gateway, WAF
  • Lead client engagements including presentations, workshops, and solution demos
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle through to successful deal closure
  • Work closely with presales, vendors, and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and market expansion strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with VARs, MSSPs, system integrators, and resellers
  • Collaborate on co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Enable partners through training and solution positioning
  • Drive pipeline through partner-led opportunities

 

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure or network security sales
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales environments
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security landscapes
  • Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
