Business Support Executive- Accounts and Order Processing
Job Description

The Business Support Executive ensures smooth daily operations by managing finance, administration, customer service, and order processing. This role supports accurate record-keeping, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Record expenses, track cash flow, reconcile accounts, and support payroll

Handle customer inquiries via app, phone, WhatsApp, or email

Receive, verify, and process customer orders; track status and coordinate dispatch

Maintain organized admin and employee records, both digital and physical

Prepare weekly and monthly financial and operational reports

Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain on payments, deliveries, and stock issues

Approve expenses and minor order adjustments within policy limits

Escalate cash flow, customer, or operational risks to management

Support VAT filings, license renewals, and administrative compliance
Requirements:

Experience in finance, administration, or business support roles

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Basic understanding of accounting, payroll, and reporting

Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced startup environment
