Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia (Live-in)

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: 10,000 SAR per month

Overview:
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Butler. The successful candidate will bring the highest level of hospitality expertise, anticipating client needs and delivering exceptional personalized service in a private residence or estate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage to deliver seamless, intuitive, and discreet service.
  • Apply hotel-level hospitality standards to private service, maintaining a five-star guest experience.
  • Coordinate all front-of-house activities including welcoming guests, managing arrivals/departures, fine dining service, and concierge duties.
  • Plan and execute formal events, private dinners, receptions, and social gatherings with precision and elegance.
  • Provide hands-on service including table setting (formal and informal), food and beverage service, packing/unpacking, valet service, and wardrobe management.
  • Manage guest preferences and special requests, creating personalized service plans.
  • Liaise with chefs, housekeeping, chauffeurs, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventories of wines, spirits, cigars, household supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Conduct training sessions for household staff to uphold hospitality excellence and service etiquette.
  • Oversee the care of luxury furnishings, art collections, silverware, and fine linens.
  • Implement service standards, protocols, and operating procedures based on luxury hotel best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 yearsexperience in a butler or guest service role within a luxury hotel, resort, or private household.
  • Formal Butler/Concierge or Hospitality training preferred (e.g., hotel management school, butler academy).
  • Extensive knowledge of five-star service standards, fine dining, etiquette, and protocol.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
