Job Description

Our client, a globally recognised luxury retail and hospitality group with a network of prestigious sites across Europe, the US and Asia, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Chief Culture Officer on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of an international business, gaining exposure to senior leadership, high-profile strategic projects and the organisation's charitable initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both the commercial and philanthropic sides of the CCO's remit, with genuine scope to make a meaningful impact.

While the role is remote, regular travel into London will be required, and flexibility around working hours is essential given the international nature of the business. Global experience and additional language skills would be highly advantageous given the cross-regional scope of this position.

Location: Remote, with regular travel into London

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Job type: Fixed-term contract

What you'll do

  • Provide trusted, right-hand support to a senior executive, working closely with other members of the leadership team
  • Coordinate business priorities and strategic initiatives, alongside occasional personal support as needed
  • Manage an intricate and ever-changing diary, arranging meetings and calls with stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Take full ownership of organising a recurring global call, liaising with attendees across different regions to ensure smooth delivery
  • Offer administrative and project support across various business and charitable initiatives, helping ensure their successful execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, acting as a key point of contact across teams and international offices

Who you are:

  • A highly driven, resilient individual who performs well under pressure in a fast-moving, high-performance setting
  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders, with excellent discretion and adaptability
  • A confident, articulate communicator able to build trust quickly with people at all levels of seniority
  • Genuine enthusiasm for purpose-driven work and charitable or social impact initiatives
  • Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ideally, additional language skills and prior experience working within an international or multi-regional business

If this sounds like the sort of varied, purpose-led role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to find out more.
