Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Multi-Brand F&B Group

Location: Bahrain
Salary: BHD 6,000–8,000 per month (approximately AED 58,000–78,000)

We are recruiting on behalf of an established multi-brand Food & Beverage Group seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its operations across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, with a focus on continued growth and regional expansion.

The Group operates a portfolio of international F&B brands, with an annual turnover of approximately USD 15 million.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and Shareholders, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the Group's strategic direction, financial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple F&B brands and markets.

• Take full accountability for Group P&L, revenue growth, profitability, budgets and financial performance.

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, customer experience and brand performance.

• Identify and deliver expansion opportunities across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing senior management team.

• Drive commercial performance, cost optimisation and operational improvements across the portfolio.

• Oversee new restaurant openings, franchise opportunities, strategic partnerships and investment initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, brand partners and key stakeholders.

• Ensure robust governance, compliance and performance management across the Group.

Candidate Requirements

• 12–15+ years of senior leadership experience within the F&B, hospitality or multi-unit consumer sector.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a CEO, Managing Director, COO or equivalent executive leadership position.

• Proven experience managing multi-brand, multi-site F&B operations is essential.

• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, profitability and business expansion.

• Extensive P&L management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Demonstrated success in leading senior management teams across multiple business functions.

• Experience overseeing regional expansion, new market entry and restaurant development.

• Strong understanding of the Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC F&B markets.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance or a related discipline; MBA advantageous.

• Willingness to travel regularly across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
