We are seeking a highly capable CFD / Forex Risk Manager. This role is central to the day-to-day management of market risk across Forex and CFD products, ensuring controlled exposure, robust execution, and the stability of trading operations in fast-moving market conditions. While years of experience are not the primary focus, strong practical knowledge of Forex and CFD markets and risk management principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage real-time market risk across Forex and CFD instruments
• Oversee exposure, margin, leverage, and stop-out levels
• Implement and maintain risk limits and controls aligned with company risk policies
• Monitor pricing, spreads, volatility, and execution behaviour
• Identify and manage abnormal trading activity, execution risk, and market events
• Work closely with dealing, platform, and operations teams to ensure smooth trading conditions
• Support liquidity management and execution flow where required
• Produce regular risk reports and provide insights to senior management
• Respond effectively to market volatility and high-impact news events

Key Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Forex and CFD markets
• Solid understanding of risk management concepts including exposure, margin, leverage, and volatility
• Experience working with trading platforms and risk systems (e.g. MT4/MT5 or similar)
• Ability to analyse market conditions and make informed risk decisions in real time
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live trading environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with brokerage, trading platform, or prop trading environments
• Familiarity with liquidity providers, pricing engines, or execution flow
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within Forex / CFD markets
