Salary:AED 25,000 - 35,000 Per month 

About the Role

A UHNW couple, newly relocated from the UK to Dubai, are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly adaptable Private Chef to oversee all culinary requirements across their residences in Dubai, London, and Switzerland.
The role requires a chef who is comfortable working in a UHNW household, capable of delivering refined, healthy, and beautifully presented meals, with a particular focus on high-quality vegetarian cuisine.

Given the family’s international lifestyle, the chef will travel with them approximately 50% of the time. Therefore, the successful candidate must hold a passport enabling visa free entry to both the UK and Europe. This is essential due to frequent, sometimes short-notice travel.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Cooking & Meal Planning

• Plan and prepare daily meals for the principals, with an emphasis on vegetarian dishes (the family do occasionally eat meat), healthy eating, and seasonal ingredients.

• Create customised menus aligned with dietary preferences, nutritional goals, and lifestyle requirements.

• Prepare refined, restaurant-standard meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

• Ability to cook non-vegetarian food is helpful, but vegetarian cuisine must be a strong speciality.

• Cater for guests, small private dinners, and informal hosting.

Travel & Multi-Residence Support

• Travel with the family to London and Switzerland for extended periods (approx. 50%).

• Must have a passport allowing visa-free travel to the UK and Europe — essential and non- egotiable.

• Set up and manage kitchen operations in multiple homes, ensuring consistency and readiness.

• Source fresh, high-quality ingredients locally in each country, adapting menus to regional availability.

Kitchen Management

• Maintain clean, organised, and efficient kitchen spaces.

• Responsible for food purchasing, grocery management, and budgeting.

• Oversee kitchen hygiene, health & safety, and food storage protocols.

• Manage kitchen equipment, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Coordination with Household Team

• Work closely with the House Manager and Butler to ensure smooth household operations.

• Support with events, intimate dinners, and hospitality when required.

• Anticipate the couple’s preferences and adjust menus based on feedback.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain a calm, discreet presence.

• Present a professional and polished demeanour at all times.

Requirements

• Must hold a passport that allows visa-free travel to both the UK and Europe.

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as a Private Chef in UHNW or VIP households.

• Strong background in vegetarian cuisine and healthy, clean cooking styles.

• Ability to deliver refined, restaurant-quality dishes consistently.

• Comfortable travelling frequently and working in multiple locations.

• Knowledge of British and European culinary preferences is an advantage.

• Excellent organisational skills, creativity, and adaptability.

• Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent.
