Chief of Staff - Family Office

Tiger Recruitment in Zurich are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff, to join a Family Office/Foundation with offices in Lausanne and Zurich.
The role requires exceptional organizational capability, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in an international environment. This is a pivotal role within a fast-moving, high-growth investment environment, designed for an individual who thrives in strategic execution and operational excellence, ideal for a professional who can seamlessly shift between executive coordination and high level operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the executives with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting follow-ups for high-level engagements.
Operational Efficiency
- Organize and track key initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Prioritise tasks and streamline information to support effective decision-making.
- Monitor progress on executive-level projects and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
Meeting Management
- Schedule, plan, and document leadership and cross-functional meetings.
- Track action items and manage internal workflows and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
- Coordinate the participation in conferences, board meetings, and investor events.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Special Projects
- Partner with other executive assistants, project managers, and department heads to drive organizational efficiency.
- Lead or support strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Conduct research and assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications for the family office and foundation
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Senior Operational role within a family office with client facing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, French and English (only candidates with these language skills will be considered)
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international, and evolving environments
