Our client is seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join their team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in landscape works and water feature detailing to contribute to high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and landscape shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Produce accurate CAD drawings for landscape infrastructure, hardscape, irrigation, and water feature installations.
• Develop detailed drawings for fountains, ponds, swimming pools, waterfalls, and other decorative water features.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare coordinated technical documentation.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Support site teams by providing technical drafting assistance throughout project execution.
• Maintain organized drawing records and document control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Civil Draftsman in the UAE.
• Proven experience in landscape construction and water feature projects is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing detailed shop drawings for landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and water feature works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
