Client Onboarding Coordinator – Insurance firm - Hybrid working

Immediate start, through to the end of the year

£18 per hour

9am – 5pm

Near Liverpool Street

 

My client, a forward-thinking insurance firm near Liverpool Street, are offering a unique opportunity to join the company at an exciting time!

 

With a hybrid model of 2–3 days per week in the City office and the rest from home, you’ll be part of an ambitious and collaborative environment.

 

This role falls under their Client Onboarding Project, a critical activity to the company, where they will be onboarding a high volume of insurance firms, whilst building and maintaining relationships.

 

As the Coordinator, you’ll work closely with and be guided by an experienced practitioner within this space.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain a central log to track all requests and responses throughout the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and manage inbound communications to the onboarding inbox.
  • Action specific tasks required for onboarding reinsurers (insurers).
  • Support both sides of the onboarding process:
    • Onboard insurers by gathering and processing due diligence information.
    • Provide accurate and timely information to insurers onboarding them.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Previous client onboarding experience within insurance or reinsurance is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
