About the Role

My client within Financial Services is looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to join them. In this role, you’ll help new clients get started with their investments, making sure all applications are processed quickly, accurately, and in line with our compliance procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Process new client applications
• Review and assess new clients for risk
• Contact clients and advisers to request extra information when needed
• Respond to client and adviser queries by phone and email
• Check completed applications to make sure information is accurate
• Send out key documents such as acknowledgement letters, cancellation notices, and investment documents

Who You Are

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Are confident working with clients by phone and email
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in financial services or administration
