Client Services Administrator, Financial Services – Hybrid working

City of London

12-month FTC with the potential to convert to permanent

£30 - £35k + quarterly bonus

 

My client, an independent financial advisory firm (IFA), are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their boutique office in the City of London.

 

The successful candidate will support the operations of the business and work closely with senior members of the team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

Client Services

  • Assist with client onboarding processes
  • Provide ongoing support and aftercare to existing clients
  • Process client requests and updates efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain and update client information within the CRM system
  • Support the upkeep of the client portal and ensure client access is maintained
  • Assist with administrative aspects of tax-related processes throughout the year

 

Office Administration

  • Manage incoming post and general correspondence
  • Scan and organise documents to maintain accurate client records
  • Support the Operations team with office administration tasks

 

Compliance and Regulation

  • Support the Operations team with ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Must have experience of working in Client Services within financial services, ideally within an IFA environment
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Manage time effectively and prioritise workload
  • Take a methodical and structured approach to tasks
  • Bring a positive and hardworking attitude
  • Be willing to take ownership of tasks delegated by senior colleagues and see them through to completion
