£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Partnerships Manager to join a growing senior leadership team. This is a strategic role focused on managing key commercial partnerships, driving sustainable growth, and developing a portfolio of high-value accounts within the hospitality sector. You will lead commercial negotiations, identify new business opportunities, and help shape long-term client strategy.

 

What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop account growth strategies to drive revenue.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
  • Support major tenders and commercial proposals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Lead strategic account reviews and planning.
  • Balance revenue growth with commercial performance.
  • Share best practice across the commercial team.

 

Who you are:

  • Significant experience in a senior Account Management, Commercial or Relationship Management role.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing key client accounts.
  • Confident negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of growing strategic client relationships.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience within hospitality, food & beverage is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Willing to travel nationally when required.
