Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and people-focused Community Coordinator to join their growing team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the community, coordinating events and activities, and ensuring members have an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day community activities and member engagement.
• Build strong relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, networking sessions, and other community initiatives.
• Manage event logistics, communications, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Create engaging content and communications across relevant community channels and social media.
• Respond to member enquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to increase participation, engagement, and community growth.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful initiatives.
• Track engagement, attendance, and community feedback, providing regular updates to management.
• Represent the organisation at relevant events and community activities in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, personable, and comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently.
• Experienced in coordinating events, communities, memberships, hospitality, customer experience, or a similar environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiar with social media and digital communication platforms.
• Based in Dubai and familiar with the local community and business environment.
