Lifestyle Concierge
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Sector: Multi-Family Office (UHNW)
Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Concierge to support UHNW principals and their families within a Multi-Family Office environment. This role is highly relationship-driven and requires absolute discretion, impeccable service standards, and a proactive, anticipatory approach. A background in high-end hospitality or luxury service is highly valued and will translate naturally into this bespoke private setting.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the families, managing complex lifestyle requests and ensuring seamless day-to-day support across personal, family, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-touch lifestyle support to principals and their families, acting as a trusted and discreet point of contact
• Manage complex and time-sensitive requests including global travel, private aviation, dining, events, and entertainment
• Coordinate family schedules, calendars, and personal commitments with precision
• Liaise with premium suppliers, household staff, and external partners to ensure flawless execution
• Anticipate needs and proactively deliver solutions before they are requested
• Support family celebrations, private events, and international travel itineraries
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Copenhagen and key global destinations
• Handle sensitive personal information with the highest level of confidentiality
• Provide flexible, ad-hoc support aligned with the evolving needs of the families
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a lifestyle concierge, private office, UHNW, or luxury hospitality environment
• Background in high-end hospitality, five-star hotels, private members’ clubs, or luxury travel is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW individuals or families
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a polished, calm, and professional manner
• Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is beneficial
• Confident using booking platforms, travel systems, and digital calendar tools
