Job Description

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a warm, polished, and professional Corporate Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be  confident in dealing with clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders. This role requires someone who represents the firm with exceptional professionalism, delivers a high standard of front-of-house service, and brings a calm, welcoming presence to the office. 

Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000

  • Welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.

  • Manage visitor check-in procedures and issue access passes when required.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post; route enquiries to the appropriate contacts.

  • Keep the reception and front-of-house area neat, organised, and presentable at all times.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with the necessary materials and equipment.

  • Arrange refreshments, catering, and logistics for internal meetings and small events.

  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.

  • Provide general administrative support such as document formatting, filing, and data entry.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for general office enquiries and deliveries.

  • Communicate with building management, service providers, and vendors when required.

  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing access passes and arranging workstation setups.

  • Maintain accurate records, including visitor logs, delivery registers, and office inventory lists.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and polished manner.

  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable dealing with people at all levels.

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative.

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

  • A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and high attention to detail.
