Corporate Receptionist - Global Asset Management Firm

Tiger has partnered with a hugely impressive asset management firm who are seeking a contract Corporate Receptionist to join them! This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, poised, client-services orientated individual with 1+ year of Reception/Admin experience who is seeking an opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering a seamless, high-quality front-of-house experience and who wants to contribute positively to a collaborative office culture. 

What You'll Do

This role is all encompassing, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the front desk and greeting all guests and visitors
  • Answering and routing incoming calls
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and guest logistics
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Supporting internal events and office operations
  • Providing backup support to the Office Manager

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
  • Professional, personable, and highly organised
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus!
