Tiger recruitment are looking for a Country Manager to support our commercial expansion and the opening of
our retail stores in Germany. Our ambition is to establish several locations across the country.

Our client is an international group with annual revenue exceeding €100 million. We are embarking
on an ambitious and exciting expansion into the German market.
Our business is simple: in our retail stores, we buy gold and silver items from private individuals
(jewellery, coins, bars, etc.).

more than 100 stores in France.

No prior experience in precious metals is required: we provide full training upon joining.
For the opening of our first stores in Germany, we are recruiting our future Country Manager.
You will be responsible for developing both revenue and brand awareness in your country.
This position also represents a unique opportunity to become our local partner and actively
contribute to the development of the German subsidiary of the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and secure new retail locations to lease across Germany;
• Ensure the development, smooth operation, and performance of stores through strong
leadership and commercial skills;
• Assess and purchase precious metals (jewellery, coins, etc.) from customers;
• Grow revenue with the support of our marketing team and your local teams;
• Play an active, hands-on role in the development of our German subsidiary.

COMPENSATION
Annual salary between €63,000 and €65,000 + variable compensation + equity participation.
