Digital Marketing & PR Director

Location Saudi Arabia

Salary: 45,000 AED per month

 

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing & PR Director will lead the development and execution of the firms communications, reputation management, and digital presence strategy.

This role will translate the firms strategic priorities and practice area focus into targeted marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and position the company as a trusted company in Saudi Arabia.

The Director will oversee thought leadership initiatives, manage public relations activities and ensure all digital channelsincluding the website, SEO, social media, and AI-driven search visibilityoperate as a cohesive and effective ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Translate the company’s strategic priorities and practice positioning into structured annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Develop tailored communication strategies for each area, aligned with the company’s client segmentation and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify key sectors, priority clients, and relevant thought leadership topics.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are closely aligned with and support the company’s overall business development goals.

Practice Group Marketing

  • Collaborate with each practice group to design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the publication of legal insights, articles, white papers, and expert commentary.
  • Transform complex legal expertise into clear, client-focused thought leadership.
  • Support partners in strengthening their visibility and positioning as trusted market authorities.

Digital Presence and Platform Management

  • Lead the development and continuous optimization of the firm’s website and overall digital ecosystem.
  • Oversee SEO strategy to maximize search visibility across priority legal services.
  • Strengthen the company’s presence on professional platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Ensure full alignment between the website, content strategy, social media channels, and the client acquisition funnel.

AI and Search Visibility

  • Ensure the company’s expertise and thought leadership are effectively represented across emerging AI-driven search and knowledge platforms.
  • Develop structured content and knowledge assets that enhance digital authority and discoverability.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s presence and positioning across digital and AI-enabled channels.

Public Relations and Reputation Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with legal and business media.
  • Manage press releases, media outreach, and commentary opportunities.
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities, industry events, and digital reputation initiatives.

Legal Rankings and Directories

  • Lead submissions to global and regional legal directories such as Chambers, Legal 500, and IFLR.
  • Coordinate with partners to gather matter descriptions and client references.
  • Track ranking outcomes and implement improvements year on year.

Campaign Execution and Amplification

  • Plan and execute campaigns promoting major deals, publications, and events.
  • Manage digital promotion across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Use segmentation strategies to reach priority client groups.

Analytics and Performance Management

  • Monitor digital performance across website traffic, SEO rankings, thought leadership engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop and deliver monthly marketing dashboards and campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

 

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 10 yearsexperience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Proven background in professional services marketing, such as law firms, consulting firms, accounting firms, or similar advisory environments.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in public relations and reputation management.
  • Experience managing legal directory rankings and industry visibility initiatives is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and partners.
