Tiger is working with an accredited degree program that was founded in 1961 with programs across the full range of the visual, performing, media, and literary arts through its six schools. They are currently looking for a Director of Employee Relations and Development located on their Santa Clara, California campus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide the vision and strategy supporting a welcoming culture by apply customized sourcing and recruiting strategies to searches
• Create a culture of continuous professional development, learning and enrichment opportunities that enhance an evolving workforce
• Supervise the talent management team and their innovative process
• Partner with internal and external constituents to design instructional materials and facilitate that material
• Design and implement creative communications plans that articulate the Institute’s philosophy
• Evaluate existing programs and provides recommendations on redesigns
• Implement employee engagement techniques and analyze 360’s, stay interviews and culture
• Provide formal and informal coaching

WHO YOU ARE

• At least five years of organizational development and supervisory experience
• Experience in workplace relations and engagement, talent acquisition and performance management
• Demonstrated ability in providing coaching, conflict resolution and maintaining confidentiality
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written)
• Experience designing best practices
• Manipulate data analysis and planning and recruitment and retention strategies
