Diversity & Inclusion Specialist

Tiger is working with leading Fortune 500 financial services company. They are looking a head of diversity and inclusion who is a data-driven and empathetic leader to lead the company’s approach to building a culture of inclusion across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives that create a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel valued

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyze culture survey results and collaborate with the business to develop action plans.
• Work the Data Analytics team to analyze hiring, promotion and retention data to identify trends.
• Assist in developing and executing inclusion programs and events
• Support Employee Resource Groups and help coordinate activities
• Partner with HR in recruitment outreach and inclusive hiring practices
• Perform research on inclusion best practices and benchmark competitors to make recommendations.
• Bring our employer brand value proposition to life
• Partner with HR, Communications and ERG leaders to coordinate key campaigns.
• Maintain the employee engagement event calendar to keep employees informed and inspired.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of experience in D&I, HR, Employee Experience or related function (experience in financial services preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience working across teams.
• Data literacy and comfort using survey and reporting tools.
