E-Commerce Site Merchandise Coordinator – 8 Jan Start (Temp)
- Must be immediately available with experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator, ideally within retail, fashion or luxury goods
- Temporary contract for an initial 2-4 weeks, potential to extend!
- Hourly rate is £16.41 per hour + holiday pay
- Located in South-West London, onsite full-time
We are seeking a switched on and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to join our client in an initial temporary contract, with potential to extend. You must be immediately available to commence and have experience as an E-Commerce/Merchandise Coordinator with strong retail industry experience. Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce on all key operational / strategic activities
- Act as the main point of contact for website and merchandising activities
- Schedule all website workload and requests
- Focus on production productivity, range optimisation, merchandising performance and revenue targets
- Data and inventory management, catalogue management, website configuration
- Trade reporting/analysis and understanding business trends
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance online shopping experience, boost traffic
Key requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an Ecommerce role within B2C trading/digital content teams
- Ability to perform under pressure, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and highly organised
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Track record of optimising CVR and AOV
- Ideally experience using SAP, Power Bi, Salesforce, Google Analytics - this is a plus (not a dealbreaker)
