Salary: £60k - £65k
Location: Remote | London-based (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (flexibility)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a globally recognised firm to provide seamless and exceptional support to one of their highly influential senior leaders. You will be working within a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment, providing true right-hand support across business strategy and charitable programs which require exceptional organisation, attention to detail and a genuine passion for purpose-driven projects which focus on creating a meaningful social impact. This is a wonderful opportunity which offers fantastic exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, a strong insight into ongoing international projects and the chance to work and have a positive impact within the charitable arm of the business. Although a remote position, the role requires regular work in London as and when required.
What you’ll do
- Act as the trusted right-hand support to this individual whilst working closely with other Senior executives across the business
- Ensure the seamless coordination of business priorities and strategic projects whilst providing ad-hoc personal support when required
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders, ensuring all schedules run smoothly and efficiently
- Take ownership of the planning, organisation and execution of the monthly global call, coordinating attendees across multiple regions
- Provide administrative and project support across a range of business and charitable programs, ensuring successful delivery and engagement
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and act as a central point of contact for communication across multiple teams and international locations

- Experienced in supporting senior individuals, with a strong understanding of discretion and adaptability

- Passionate about purpose-led initiatives and has a genuine interest in charitable programs
- Highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and ensures that tasks are being completed to a high standard at all times.
