EA to CEO | London, City, | £50k - £55k | Hybrid

Tiger is seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO of a well-established professional services firm based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially aware EA who takes genuine pride in delivering consistently high standards of support and building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and confident operating in a fast-paced, growing environment whilst remaining calm under pressure at all times.

Beyond the traditional EA responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to become genuinely invested in the ongoing evolution and growth of the business. The company is looking for someone who demonstrates the right capabilities and ambition to develop alongside the organisation and take on increasing responsibility as the role evolves.

What You'll Do

  • Provide consistent high-level executive support to the CEO, managing a complex and ever-changing diary.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expenses, ensuring smooth operations
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships at all levels.
  • Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, exercising discretion and sound judgement.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas and follow-up actions, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
  • Proactively anticipate the CEO's requirements, identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the level of support provided.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, developing a thorough understanding of its people, priorities and objectives.
  • Take ownership of additional projects and responsibilities as the role evolves, contributing to the wider development of the business.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO or other senior-level executive.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to consistently deliver to a very high standard.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and manage relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence dealing with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and use initiative.
  • A genuine interest in the business, its development and the opportunity to grow within the role.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Someone ambitious and career-driven, who is keen to take on greater responsibility and progress beyond a traditional EA position.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking for the next step in their career. If you are interested in this role, please get in touch with us and apply!
