Working Pattern: 5 days a week, office-based
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)

A dynamic and fast-growing global tech company based in the heart of Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their collaborative and high-energy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to provide high-level support to the CEO and COO while gaining exposure across the wider business.

You’ll be a key member of the leadership support function, ensuring that the day-to-day schedules and priorities of the CEO and COO run smoothly. With a headcount of around 100+ and a global presence, this company offers a vibrant, supportive culture where no two days are the same.

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide dedicated executive support while assisting with wider operational tasks. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and COO

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership

  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting project coordination and follow-ups across departments

  • Organising board or leadership meetings and taking accurate notes

  • Liaising with other executive assistants and teams globally to ensure alignment

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Who you are

You’ll be a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-facing role. You take pride in your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain a professional and calm approach under pressure.

  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Professional, approachable, and discreet with a focus on high-quality execution

If you’re looking to develop your career within a globally recognised tech company and play a key role supporting the CEO and COO, we’d love to hear from you!
