Executive Assistant to CEO / Co-Founder

Location: DIFC, Dubai (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)
Industry: AI / Technology 

Salary AED 25,000 - 30,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

On behalf of our client an International Tech/AI company we are hiring a smart, agile, and detail driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Co-Founder of a fast-growing company in DIFC. The role demands focus, flexibility, and the ability to keep pace with a high energy, entrepreneurial environment. 

You’ll work closely with the CEO/ Co-founder, ensuring priorities are met, deadlines hit, and communication flows smoothly across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and daily workflow.

  • Coordinate internal and external communication via Slack, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Draft, review, and respond to correspondence and meeting requests.

  • Maintain oversight of projects, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.

  • Organise global travel (UAE, UK, Europe) and logistics.

  • Attend meetings when required, taking notes and following up on actions.

  • Anticipate needs and act proactively to keep the CEO on track and focused.

Working Style

  • Fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Balance between remote work and in-office presence (2–3 days per week).

Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years’ experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in tech, start ups, or investment.

  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail and time management.

  • Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and AI tools.

  • Confident managing competing demands and working to tight deadlines.
