Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO
Location: Amsterdam

Role Overview
This role provides high-level support to the Founder across both business and private matters. You will ensure smooth operations, optimise the Founder’s time, and act as a trusted partner in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Business
- Manage complex calendars, diaries, and occasional travel
- Oversee inbox management, expenses, and general administrative tasks
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Conduct research, create presentations, and track key projects
- Coordinate investor and board communication and scheduling
- Help build and refine processes as the company scales
Private
- Liaise with household staff
- Manage personal appointments, travel, and logistics
- Assist with personal events and occasional errands
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience as an EA supporting a C-level executive or Founder, ideally in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Discreet, professional, and confident handling sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid basis with out-of-hours support
