Salary:  €92,000 - €130,000

A boutique firm, you will act as a true right hand to the Founding Partner based in Brussels, who sit at the centre of the firm’s investment activity and is a visible figure across the European startup landscape. His schedule's are fast-moving and founder-facing, requiring someone who can bring structure, foresight, and calm to a dynamic environment.

This role offers genuine scope for development, ownership, and long-term growth within a high-calibre team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Right hand to a highly dynamic entrepreneur and principal operating at exceptional speed
• Not a traditional EA role - requires instinct, commercial awareness, emotional intelligence and the ability to stay several steps ahead at all times
• Managing an ever-evolving personal and professional life that operates as one seamless ecosystem
• Operating within constantly changing schedules, often with only 24-48 hours’ notice
• Anticipating needs before they arise and executing without hand-holding
• Managing urgent international travel, day-to-day logistics and shifting priorities seamlessly
• Supporting complex business, property, lifestyle and personal commitments simultaneously
• Liaising with international teams, including property contacts in Italy
• Supporting projects and relationships across art, architecture and real estate
• Working within high-level creative, luxury and UHNW environments
• Bringing a senior EA / Chief of Staff mindset with exceptional discretion and organisation
• Bringing structure to chaos whilst maintaining a light touch and absolute confidentiality
• Confidently managing an extremely direct, fast-paced and highly engaged principal
• Comfortable challenging where necessary whilst maintaining a strong service mentality
• Demonstrating emotional resilience, sound judgement and composure under pressure
• Based partly in Brugge with frequent international travel and a highly fluid schedule
• Operating with a genuine 24/7 ownership mentality when required
• Ambitious, polished and confident, with the ability to operate independently whilst remaining adaptable
• Combining professionalism with intuition, discretion with decisiveness, and sophistication with warmth
