Executive Assistant to Managing Partner 

 

An international private equity firm is seeking an experienced and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and Co-Founder on both a business and private basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a true right hand to a senior leader and to join a collaborative, high-performing EA team within a friendly and professional environment. 

 

What youll do: 

 

You will provide comprehensive support across both business and personal matters, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ensuring the Managing Partners day-to-day runs seamlessly. 

 

  • Full ownership of complex business and personal diaries 
  • Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper 
  • Coordinating international travel, visas, accommodation and itineraries 
  • Scheduling across international time zones 
  • Liaising with house managers and household staff 
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently 
  • Working closely with a collaborative team of EAs 
  • Providing true right-hand support, adapting to changing priorities 

 

Who you are: 

 

You will be an accomplished EA with experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally within Private Equity or a similar fast-paced financial services environment. You are confident, organised and able to stay calm under pressure, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership. 

 

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a business and private capacity 
  • Worked in a fast-paced investment company  
  • Confident and professional communication skills 
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting 
  • Adaptable at managing last minute changes to any scheduling 
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of initiative
