Executive Assistant to Head of Sales

12-Month Maternity Cover starting in Early December
Hybrid – 3 days in their office based near Bank

9:00 am - 6:00 pm 
£65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits

 

We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic and on-it Executive Assistant to join an exciting and innovative global technology company. This is a 12-month maternity cover role offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide high-level support to the VP EMEA Sales and Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and coordinating communications with discretion.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing requests and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee complex calendars, organise meetings, and ensure the VP’s time is focused on strategic priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate key business events, including quarterly business reviews, town halls, and leadership sessions – from logistics to agendas and facilitation.
  • Organise international travel, including flights, accommodation, and full itineraries.
  • Support wider team initiatives, helping drive key projects and events.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced EA with a strong background supporting senior executives, ideally within sales/commercial and tech or a fast-paced global business.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Someone who holds themselves to high standards
  • Confident and polished communicator, able to build strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Experienced in complex diary management and booking international travel.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
