Job Description

We're partnering with a highly regarded UHNWI Family Office to find a senior Executive Assistant to support their Chairman directly. This is a varied, fast-moving role within a high-performing private office environment, calling for someone strategic, composed under pressure, and confident operating with real autonomy.

It's a genuinely rare chance to work closely with senior leadership at the top of an established Family Office, where your input and judgement will carry real weight. You'll have the support of a PA working alongside you, allowing you to focus on the more strategic elements of the role. The office itself is close-knit and collaborative.

We're keen to hear from experienced EAs who have supported UHNWI principals at Chairman, CEO or board level, ideally within a Family Office or similarly private, high-touch environment, and who are looking for a role that offers genuine scope and access.

The Role

Working with the support of a dedicated PA, this position spans both corporate and private support, with day-to-day duties including:

  • Owning the Chairman's diary and inbox end-to-end, balancing corporate and personal priorities with minimal oversight
  • Handling correspondence and liaising directly with senior stakeholders, advisers and clients on the Chairman's behalf
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, minute-taking, and following through on action points
  • Planning complex international travel itineraries, and travelling alongside the Chairman on UK and overseas trips
  • Working closely with the Chairman's household team to keep business and personal schedules aligned
  • Overseeing expenses, invoicing and wider administrative processes
  • Taking the lead on event planning where needed
  • Acting as a discreet and trusted gatekeeper, using sound judgement in all interactions
  • Delegating and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks to the supporting PA, ensuring consistency and quality across the office

What We're Looking For

  • Substantial experience supporting UHNWI principals at Chairman, CEO or board level, ideally within a Family Office or private office setting
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A calm, proactive operator who's comfortable making decisions independently
  • Equally confident handling corporate and private matters, often simultaneously
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Well-versed in coordinating complex international travel, including accompanying principals abroad
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, advisers, clients and household staff alike
  • Experience delegating to and overseeing junior support staff
  • Discreet, professional, and trusted with sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexible around occasional evening or weekend work, and open to travel
  • A natural team player, happy providing guidance to a supporting PA within a small, private office setting

This role includes travel with the Chairman. You must be comfortable with a flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends if necessary.
