Temp to Perm

A leading investment bank is seeking an experienced and highly organised EA/Business Management Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a critical, high-exposure role supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced environment within Investment Banking. This position combines strategic business management responsibilities with senior-level executive support, offering a unique opportunity to play a key role in both operational delivery and leadership coordination. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an EA or project focused role, strong MS Office skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Prepare, organise and circulate candidate materials, ensuring all documentation is correct and current
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules and candidate trackers for senior leadership
  • Coordinate and manage complex interview schedules for senior hires across EMEA
  • Liaise closely with HR to support a smooth hiring process
  • Manage relationships with search firms and coordinate all candidate logistics, including travel
  • Produce regular recruitment updates and reports for senior stakeholders
  • Create high-quality presentations and materials for meetings, town halls, and senior leadership updates
  • Gather and consolidate information from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making
  • Assist with preparation of senior leadership agendas and briefing materials
  • Draft and review business summaries and supporting documents
  • Review and manage onboarding requests
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, helping to prioritise and progress requests
  • Monitor ongoing processes and follow up where required to ensure timely completion
  • Support financial and operational processes, including tracking outstanding items and reviewing invoices
  • Assist with monthly reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready

  • Proven experience in an EA or project focused role within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce consistently high-quality work
  • Strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and problem-solve
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Intermediate level PowerPoint and Excel
