Job Title: EA/Office Manager

Location: Mayfair, W1 (onsite, 5 days in office)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 p/a (plus bonus and benefits)

 

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient EA / Office Manager to support the Director and small team of a small investment boutique based in Mayfair, W1. The role is a combination of business EA duties, personal support, and office management. The position is onsite, 5 days a week.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership and working in a close-knit, professional environment where no two days are the same.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Executive Assistance

  • Managing the Director's busy diary
  • Coordinating domestic and international business and personal travel
  • Coordinating property-related administration and maintenance across several European properties
  • Liaising with household staff, contractors and external service providers
  • Handling ad hoc administrative and personal tasks with complete discretion and confidentiality

 

Office Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, kitchen provisions and general facilities
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Liaising with management, contractors and external service providers
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the outsourced IT provider and coordinating any IT-related issues
  • Supporting health and safety administration and compliance
  • Organising team events, social activities and meetings
  • Coordinating occasional business travel arrangements for the wider team

 

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar EA, PA, Office Manager or business support role
  • Previous experience within professional or financial services
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination skills
  • Comfortable managing office operations and liaising with IT providers and external contractors
  • Highly organised, proactive and responsive, with excellent attention to detail
  • Responsible and self-sufficient, with the ability to take ownership and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, personable and discreet, with strong communication skills
  • French language skills advantageous
