Our client is a renowned French textile and lifestyle brand, celebrated for its craftsmanship, quality, and contemporary elegance. As part of its international expansion, the brand is strengthening its presence in the Middle East and is seeking a talented E-Commerce Manager based in Dubai to drive its digital growth.

The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the brand’s Shopify-based e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and premium online shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for the commercial performance, website optimization, and digital marketing activities that contribute to the brand’s growth in the region.

You will work closely with the headquarters in France, as well as local marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure consistent brand identity and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

Website & Platform Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Shopify platform, including product catalog updates, content management, and technical performance.

  • Ensure an exceptional user experience (UX/UI) aligned with the brand’s identity and digital standards.

  • Collaborate with developers and partners to implement new features, tools, and system integrations.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate).

  • Develop actionable insights through data analysis and propose corrective measures to improve performance.

  • Manage e-commerce budgets and ensure ROI across all channels.

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns: SEO, SEA, social ads, display, email marketing, and CRM.

  • Work with creative and media teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Manage online promotions and seasonal campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with head office teams in France to align digital strategies and product launches.

  • Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with marketing and retail teams to support omnichannel initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within fashion, textile, or retail industries.

  • Strong command of Shopify and understanding of key e-commerce technologies and integrations.

  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and CRM tools.

  • Analytical mindset with proven experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Creative, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
