Our client is offering a unique opportunity to join a discreet, design-led private office, supporting an influential individual deeply engaged in the arts and creative industries. The role blends high-level executive support with hands-on involvement in cultural initiatives, operations, social media, and communications with institutions, partners, and press. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in the arts landscape, and confident navigating the regional creative sector with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Office Operations

Provide high-level assistance including diary management, international travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Principal’s calendar, communications, and private office requirements.

Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times in managing sensitive information.

Cultural & Institutional Engagement

Serve as a primary point of contact for creative and cultural stakeholders, including artists, curators, institutions, and galleries.

Coordinate participation in exhibitions, panel talks, and collaborative initiatives with leading regional and international arts platforms.

Remain informed about upcoming art, design, and cultural events relevant to the Principal’s interests and commitments.
Project & Event Coordination

Assist in the planning and delivery of bespoke events.

Liaise with venues, suppliers, and key guests to ensure seamless execution, while tracking schedules, budgets, and requirements.

Provide support during site visits, installations, and art-related travel.
Media & Strategic Communications

Draft and edit communication materials, bios, talking points, and visual briefs in collaboration with external PR agencies where necessary.

Handle press coordination, content approvals, and post-event media follow-up.

Maintain an archive of coverage and communications history.
Digital Presence & Content Oversight

Support the Principal’s social media channels with curated content that aligns with their voice, interests, and aesthetic.

Monitor engagement, suggest improvements, and maintain an up-to-date content calendar.

Candidate Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior-level individuals in arts, design, or media-related environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Communications, Media, Cultural Studies, or a related field.

Prior work with institutions such as Abu Dhabi Art, Alserkal Avenue, Dubai Design Week, or comparable is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in digital communications, social media, and content coordination.
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, and basic design/photo editing platforms.
