EA to Practice Manager - Private Medical Practice

Remote

Full-Time, Permanent

$100k - $120k p.a.

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an exceptional and proactive Executive Assistant on behalf of a private medical practice with locations in San Francisco and Los Angeles. This remote role will provide high-level support to the Practice Manager and serve as a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and help drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with excellent judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Practice Manager.
  • Manage a busy executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel.
  • Monitor inbox communications and prioritize requests.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Track key action items, deadlines, and project updates to help keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Coordinate communication with physicians, attorneys, hospitals, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve administrative issues independently, and proactively identify ways to improve executive efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide additional administrative and executive support as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, founders, or practice managers in a high-level administrative capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new platforms, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Notion, electronic health record (EHR) systems, project management tools, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or
  • Microsoft Copilot.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
